A few words from our founder and President, Michael Lank

My career in the employee benefits industry started more than 25 years ago as a sales representative for Blue Cross & Blue Shield. During the last twenty-five years, I have enjoyed success with Blue Cross and Blue Shield, Cigna Healthcare, Humana, and Compbenefits. My experience in the industry includes roles as a Sales Consultant, Sales Manager, and Director of Sales. I also enjoyed success as a consultant for a large, Atlanta based benefits brokerage company.

My experience on the carrier side has proven to be invaluable and it provides me with a unique perspective when dealing with Insurance Carriers. In addition to my industry experience, I am NAHU certified in HIPAA, the Affordable Care Act (ACA), and Self-Funding. My experience coupled with my industry knowledge gives me a strong foundation for guiding my clients though the complex world of employee benefits in today’s every changing environment.

Our healthcare system is very messed up, but there are proven methods that save organizations money on their health insurance spend WITHOUT jeopardizing the quality of care.   I am excited to show these methods to my clients and prospects as I move forward in my career.
